How it works
Weekly digest email
Clear and concise, the information in this report details the information related to shipping and auditing on each FedEx and UPS account individually:
- Number of shipments
- Number of shipments delivered late
- Number of disputes filed by Share A Refund
- Number of refunds delivered related to disputes filed by Share A Refund
- Total refunded amount from disputes filed by Share A Refund.
The recipients and frequency of this email are managed within the reporting notifications section on the settings page within the customer dashboard.
Invoice email
All shipping accounts managed within a customer account are consolidated into a single invoice statement, which is attached to an email sent when refund credits were secured on a shipping account.
The recipients and frequency of this email are managed within the billing notifications section on the settings page within the customer dashboard.
Note: AutoPay allows customers to streamline communication of invoice and payment receipts, one weekly email, which details all invoice and payment activity on a customer account.
Unregistered 3pshippers email
Any unregistered third-party shippers with unused shipping labels are included in a list sent in a weekly digest. The recipients of this email are managed in the reporting notifications sections on the settings page within the customer dashboard.
Registering these shippers and enabling notifications sends emails to these shippers when unused shipping labels are created on your shipping account.

Unvoided shipping labels email
Any registered third-party shippers with unused shipping labels receive a list of unused shipping labels billed to your UPS account in a weekly digest. Included in this email are directions on how to void these shipping labels and why voiding unused shipping labels is important.
Managing recipients
The frequency and recipients of emails can be managed within the settings of a customer’s account, providing pertinent information on a well-suited timeline for your shipping operations.
Notification settings for reporting and billing contacts and the frequency of these emails are managed on the settings page within the customer dashboard.
Notification settings for third-party shippers and email recipients are managed for UPS accounts within the third-party shippers section in a UPS account.
