Overview

Share A Refund’s automated communication platform makes it easy to stay informed on shipping and auditing activities related to your FedEx and UPS accounts.
Weekly emails routed to reporting, billing and third-party shippers help to manage the auditing tasks related to shipping operations in your business. This reporting service is included as part of the Share A Refund shipment auditing service.

How it works

Share A Refund continuously analyzes your shipping accounts, and performs automated procedures to secure refunds. Each week, emails related to the activities listed below are sent to the recipients specified within a customer account.

Weekly digest email

Clear and concise, the information in this report details the information related to shipping and auditing on each FedEx and UPS account individually:

  • Number of shipments
  • Number of shipments delivered late
  • Number of disputes filed by Share A Refund
  • Number of refunds delivered related to disputes filed by Share A Refund
  • Total refunded amount from disputes filed by Share A Refund.

The recipients and frequency of this email are managed within the reporting notifications section on the settings page within the customer dashboard.

Invoice email

All shipping accounts managed within a customer account are consolidated into a single invoice statement, which is attached to an email sent when refund credits were secured on a shipping account.

The recipients and frequency of this email are managed within the billing notifications section on the settings page within the customer dashboard.

Note: AutoPay allows customers to streamline communication of invoice and payment receipts, one weekly email, which details all invoice and payment activity on a customer account.

Unregistered 3pshippers email

Any unregistered third-party shippers with unused shipping labels are included in a list sent in a weekly digest. The recipients of this email are managed in the reporting notifications sections on the settings page within the customer dashboard.

Registering these shippers and enabling notifications sends emails to these shippers when unused shipping labels are created on your shipping account.
