FedEx Refund Integration
Overview of the FedEx refund process
Share A Refund performs a comprehensive shipment audit and recovery service within your FedEx account to identify all refunds available. After Share A Refund signup, our intuitive technology sends a request to FedEx to allow access to retrieve recent invoices and download them into the Share A Refund database to begin assessing the accuracy of each individual charge that is billed to a shipment. The disputes are handled automatically with the required critical information to return the refund to your business. Claims are automatically submitted to FedEx on your behalf without having to lift a finger. Shipments are eligible for a refund when delivered late, overcharged, invalid accessorial fees, billing mistakes or dimensional weight errors.
Save time by not self-auditing shipping invoices for overcharges and late packages, with Share A Refund.
