Exceptions on Refunds

Customs may hold packages which could delay shipments, which delays deliveries. In such circumstances, refunds are not available for delayed shipments.
Weight Limits
Packages with a weight of more than 71 pounds are not eligible for a refund from UPS.
Weather Delays
Any weather in an area during a time when you package is in that area is generally not eligible for a refund.
