FedEx Money Back Guarantee Holidays

Is my FedEx package guaranteed during the holidays?

Your FedEx package hasn’t arrived yet. You might be asking, “Does FedEx guarantee delivery or not?” It’s true that FedEx and UPS guarantee the on-time delivery of your Ground and Express packages, but during the holidays the FedEx money-back guarantee is temporarily suspended. Not only could you experience stress from receiving your wife’s gift late, but any claim forms filed during the designated window of time risk being rejected.
